It is important to focus on creating a classroom culture suitable for engagement where students know that they are expected to learn, where they are encouraged and where they aren't afraid of making mistakes. This can be done through emphasizing respect and the ability of each student to learn things while in your class.

Throughout this project, I have been able to see the direct results of my efforts with students participating and approaching questions with more confidence than before.
